How booking works

You book and pay a deposit here. A licensed rafting operator in Konjic runs your day on the river, and you get their name, licence and phone number as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Booking, step by step

  1. Pick your trip and date

Three trips: family rafting, classic rafting, and classic with a transfer from Sarajevo. Add the Tito's bunker visit if you want it. The total is on screen before you commit to anything.

  2. Pay 20% by card

That confirms the booking. The rest is paid at the base on the day, in cash or by card.

  3. You're confirmed straight away

No waiting for someone to check and write back. If your date and group size are available, the booking goes through there and then.

  4. Everything you need arrives by email and WhatsApp

The operator's name and licence, a phone number, the exact meeting point, the time to be there, and what to bring.

Who runs your trip

A licensed rafting operator based in Konjic. They've been working this stretch of the Neretva for years and their skippers run it daily through the season.

Before your booking goes through we check two things: that the operator's licence is current, and that they have room in a boat on your date.

Why you find out who it is after you book

Because it depends on the day. Boats fill up, and the operator with space on your Saturday isn't necessarily the one who had space this morning. If we printed a name on the page it would be wrong often enough to be useless.

So we tell you the moment it's settled, which is the moment your booking is confirmed — with the licence number and a phone number you can call before you travel, not a name handed to you at the riverbank.

What you'll need on the day

Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and shoes that can get wet. Everything else — helmet, life jacket, wetsuit where the water calls for it, paddle — comes from the operator and is in the price.

Lunch at the base is included on all three trips.

If something has to change

If you cancel more than 24 hours before departure, your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours the deposit isn't refundable, because the boat and the skipper are already held for you.

If you want to move the date, message us more than 24 hours ahead and we'll move it at no charge, subject to space on the new date.

If we have to cancel or move your trip — high water, a safety call by the operator, anything on our side — you choose: another date, or your full deposit back. We contact you on the number you booked with as soon as we know.

Common questions

Do I need rafting experience?

No. Classic rafting is class II–III: real rapids with calm stretches between them, and a skipper steering and calling from the back. Most people on the boat have never rafted before.

Can I pay the whole amount online?

The deposit is what's taken by card. The balance is paid at the base on the day.

Can we come without a car?

Yes — the rafting-with-transfer trip includes pickup in Sarajevo and the drive back. It's 50 minutes each way.

What's the minimum age?

Six, on family rafting. If you want to bring a younger child, ask us before you book — that call belongs to the operator running your date.

What if it rains?

Trips run in rain. They don't run when the operator judges the water unsafe, and if that happens you'll be offered another date or a full refund of your deposit.
